Erecting one of our custom printed gazebos is simple.  Unfold the frame, attach the canopy, then carefully expand the structure fully. Lock the frame into position, extend the legs to the desired height, and secure with supplied ropes and weights to ensure stability. 

Yes, we require a deposit to reserve equipment. The deposit amount varies depending on the equipment you are renting and the length of the rental period.

Gazebo canopy and walls are made from 600d Oxford polyester with a PU coating, providing excellent UV resistance and water protection. An internal lining covers roof stitching for extra leak defense and long-term reliability. 

 Keep your printed gazebo in good condition by cleaning it with a soft brush or cloth and mild soapy water. Avoid harsh chemicals or pressure washing. Make sure it’s completely dry before storing to prevent mold or mildew. Check the frame and fittings regularly, tighten any loose parts, and store in its protective bag in a dry place when not in use. 

You are responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during your rental period. We require a credit card on file for all rentals to cover any damages or losses.

Yes APEX promotional gazebos are suitable for outdoor use, provided they are set up correctly. Always secure the frame with weights, pegs, and guy ropes to prevent movement, especially in windy conditions. Use on stable, level ground and avoid setting up in strong winds or severe weather. Regularly check connections and roof tension to ensure stability during use. 

Yes you can alter your gazebo or flag design as many times as you require until you approve the design. We want you to be completely satisfied with the design of your flag or gazebo, so our team of in house graphic designers will tweak fonts, colors and layout. until you are 100% happy with your promotional product. 

At APEX Tents Dye-sublimation printing is used because it produces high-quality, long-lasting prints that are vibrant and resistant to fading. The ink is infused into the fabric rather than sitting on top, making the print durable, weather-resistant and ideal for outdoor branding on gazebos, flags and banners. It also allows for full-colour designs and photo-quality graphics . 

We simply require your artwork in a high-resolution vector format :AI (Adobe Illustrator) or EPS or a PDF to be emailed to us with a brief description of your creative direction and our talented designers will do the rest.

Yes we do keep logos and  past designs so that purchasing extra custom designed products is simple and saves time. 

To ensure sharp, clear printing at large sizes supply images at 300 dpi and logos as vector files (such as AI, EPS or PDF).

Exact colours will be used from your artwork. Alternatively you can provide us with CMYK colours or a Pantone reference.

We deliver all over the UK. Delivery is free to mainlaind UK. There may be a charge to a UK island address.
